9 mentioning ultrawide-
Works on 32:9 monitors with tinkering
gpu NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 os Arch Linux 2026-02-14 -
My expectation going in was to play at 60ish fps on my ultrawide monitor at Ultra settings. Overall my experience has mostly met that mark One interesting quirk I have had with using controllers, both PS4 and Xbox, is that when aiming to throw the axe or shoot arrows my reticle tends to creep up without input, and this happens a lot. I have tried adjusting controller settings but without success. I don't have this issue using keyboard/mouse, and am exploring the issue further.

Game ran really well, 100+ FPS at 3440x1440
proton Default gpu AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT (SIENNA_CICHLID, DRM 3.42.0, 5.15.15-76051515-generic, LLVM 12.0.1) os Pop!_OS 21.10 2022-01-27 -
At 1080p 21:9 on a 1650 mobile with original settings, it ran at 30 fps with hardly any frame drops, even less with Proton-7.Orc2-GE-1

Runs well witha few hitches Like others have mentioned, userw with nvidia and DLSS support should add the following launch options to allow for enabling DLSS (helps a lot): `PROTON_HIDE_NVIDIA_GPU=0 PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 %command%` Overall, runs pretty well but I really needed DLSS for it to run at a stable 60 fps with ultrawide. The small issues with audio sync and slowdown/hitching during loading don't ruin the game, at least in the first 90 minutes.

Runs like native at 100+fps with all settings on ultra at 1440p ultrawide (with freesync), and 5.1 surround. Some minor stutter in the beginning due to shader creation. No 32:9 support, but that's an issue with the game and not Proton.

Installs and loads fine, bit graphically heavy Seems to support FidelityFX Super Resolution out of the box. Was able to test and play reliably on performance and balanced settings. Game includes an "Original" setting for many of the graphical options which appears to line up with the PS4 quality-wise. Was able to run the game at a consistent 45-55 FPS with graphical settings on High at 21:9 1440p

very few times I had fps drops below 20 during the inital intro scene, maybe due to shaders not being cached by then, but normaly I get a rock solid 80+ FPS with my current hardware and 3440x1440

Game Supports FSR. Getting about ~80 FPS at 3440 x 1440p with High Settings and FSR set to Ultra Quality. Performance will likely improve post launch day. However, given the type of game this is it is more than playable.
