• Contrary to many other reports, I expirienced absolutly no slowness. However I did need to modify the games .EXE for proper 21:9 support

  gpu NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 os Arch Linux 2025-07-17

• I should note that I am using a 3440x1440 screen and using a widescreen fix .exe available at this link: https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/1419-assassins-creed-iv-black-flag-ultrawide-and-multimon-hack/ Some of my performance issues could theoretically I suppose be related to this. I still found the game enjoyable to play.
